The Greatest Show on Earth visited the Turner Elementary Boys & Girls Clubs. Ambassadors of Laughter Clowns Dave and Cherie brought the joy and excitement of reading to the Club. The program included a story (“Maximilian the Great” by Lisa Funari Willever and Lorraine Funari), traditional circus clown skills, a little silly magic, a lot of animated movement, and a great deal of interaction with the children.  Ringling Bros. has been a long time proponent of literacy among youth and has been bringing programs like this into schools and libraries for decades.
